  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery Time:
    • UK & USA: 3–7 business days
    • International: 7–14 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.


Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping for orders over a certain value (check your region’s details at checkout). For orders below this threshold, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.


International Shipping

We deliver to most countries worldwide! All duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so you won’t have any surprises upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all items purchased directly from the LUXEVA Store. If your product isn’t perfect for you, you can request a refund or exchange.


Returns Process

    Reach out to us at info@luxevastore.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

    • Your order number.
    • Reason for the return.
    • Photos of the item (if applicable).
  2. Approval & Instructions
    Once your return is approved, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions for returning your item.

  3. Send It Back
    Pack your product securely in its original condition and ship it back to us with the free returns label to be provided to you. 


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Products
